Shipping Policy

Orders are normally processed within 24-48 hours of receipt Monday-Friday only with the exception of most major US holidays. Cut-off time for urgent same-day parcels is 11:00 am PST. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are normally processed on the next business day.

We utilize a variety of methods to ship your merchandise. For domestic small parcel shipments, we use UPS, FedEx and USPS. For international small parcel shipments outside of the United States, we use FedEx or DHL.

Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customer's error are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges incurred.
